*Please note that we will make NO EXCEPTIONS to the following return policy.
It is your responsibility to inspect each item upon arrival.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!
To guarantee a fast and smooth RA process, please be sure to follow these steps:
1. Trend Notes allows customers to return items for merchandise defects ONLY within 3 days of receiving your package.
2. You must notify us in writing at email@example.com with your company name, order number, which style/pieces were affected, and a photo of the damaged area.
3. The email will be reviewed by our returns department. An RA# and an RA label will be issued if applicable.
4. All tags must be attached in the return of damaged merchandise.
5. Any returns received by Trend Notes without a return authorization will not be accepted!
